This is especially helpful to the elderly and can lower the chances of falling. Stronger core muscles can also improve your performance in athletic activities.
You can increase the intensity of rollerblading to maximize the benefits of cardio. A typical rollerblading is considered as low to moderate intensity. To increase the intensity, you have to start doing it at a faster pace. Start doing it by lowering your back, bending your knees, and stride rather than coast.
