- When you begin to feel exhausted from exercising, rest. Take a few minutes to catch your breath and massage your tense muscles. This helps to prevent injury.
- Ensure to keep your body hydrated by drinking enough water before, during and after exercising. Also, a healthy diet is essential when exercising because the muscles make use of glucose to provide energy.
